In the unlikely circumstance that you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us within three days of receiving your delivery.
Please email us clear photographs of the damage to shop@ltpco.com.au.
Once the damage has been verified, we will gladly arrange a replacement.

As all artwork is crafted to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.To avoid any disappointment, please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, as we cannot replace or refund orders lost due to incorrect details.Happy shopping!
