ABOUT LACHIE AND TARSH
We started with a camera, a weekend in Daylesford, and an idea.
We’re Lachie and Tarsh, partners in life and the two people behind LTP.Co (Lachie & Tarsh Prints)
We met in July 2025 in a slightly unconventional way. Tarsh had been Lachie’s barber for about six months before he finally asked her out for a walk and a coffee.
We clicked straight away.
From that first date, exploring became a huge part of our relationship. Weekends away, long drives, day trips and eventually travelling overseas together. We’ve always been happiest when we’re somewhere new, having new experiences together.
LTP.Co came from one of those trips.
For Tarsh’s birthday, not long after we met, we spent a weekend in Daylesford. Lachie brought his camera, and we spent part of the trip photographing the places around us.
When Tarsh saw the photos afterwards, she couldn’t understand why Lachie had never really done anything with them beyond sharing them online.
So she suggested: why not try selling them?
At first, the plan was very small.
We imagined printing the photos at a local craft shop, putting them into inexpensive frames and delivering them ourselves. Just a little side project we could build together.
That idea didn’t stay small for very long.
Photography has always been part of Lachie’s life.
Lachie has had a camera in his hands since primary school, learning photography long before LTP.Co existed.
But when he got his licence in 2016 and suddenly had the freedom to explore further with friends, photography became something more.
It became a reason to get outside.
A reason to travel.
A way of experiencing nature, sharing a piece of that experience and noticing things that might otherwise pass by.
That same love of nature and exploring was one of the things that brought us together.
Tarsh isn’t the photographer behind the camera, but LTP.Co has never really been the story of one photographer.
It’s the story of the places we experience together.
Lachie shoots and edits every photograph. Tarsh captures much of what happens around it, from the travel and the process to the moments that sit outside the frame.
Most of the footage you see of Lachie working was captured by Tarsh standing somewhere nearby.
Sometimes patiently.
Sometimes wondering whether the drone is ever coming back.
We usually leave looking for one photograph and come home with all the moments in between.
A trip often starts with an iconic place we know we want to photograph.
But some of our favourite images have come from the things we never planned.
During the summer of 2026, we road tripped through South Australia with no real intention of creating an entire collection.
We were just getting a way for a few weeks.
Moving from place to place, photographing what we found, spending our days outdoors and experiencing a way of life that that felt completely freeing.
During that trip, it became very clear:
This is what we wanted our life to look like.
Exploring new places. Photographing them. Building something from those experiences together.
That trip became our South Australia collection.
It also helped turn LTP.Co from a side project into something we wanted to build our lives around.
Sometimes the best photographs happen by accident.
While photographing the Mornington Peninsula, we were still relatively new to flying the drone long distances over the ocean.
Tarsh spent a fair amount of that collection watching the battery percentage disappear and wondering whether we were about to lose it into Port Phillip Bay.
One afternoon around Millionaire’s Walk, Lachie pushed it a little too far.
The battery became so low that the drone began automatically landing while it was still above the water.
The closest safe place was a private pier.
So that’s where it landed.
We eventually found the house, called out from the back fence and, thankfully, the owners let us walk down and retrieve it.
While we were there, we noticed how beautiful the pier and the little structure at the end of it looked.
So of course, we snapped a photo.
That image now lives in our Mornington Peninsula collection.
It’s a photograph that only exists because we almost dropped a drone into the ocean.
Made to be experienced at scale.
LTP.Co may have started with humble beginnings, but selling small photo prints was never the main goal.
We wanted to make finished pieces of art.
Something substantial.
Something you could receive, hang straight on your wall and be proud to live with for years.
We wanted our customers to be able to walk toward the artwork and keep discovering things inside it.
To be completely pulled in.
That is what we want LTP.Co to bring into a home.
A reminder of somewhere you’ve loved.
A place you still want to visit.
Or simply a view of somewhere beautiful that you can attach your own story to.
We’re only getting started.
Since that first weekend in Daylesford, we’ve become more intentional about where we go and what we photograph.
Our collection is growing across Australia and around the world, and the long term dream is this.
