At LTP.Co, every artwork is made to order and created specifically for you. Each piece is individually printed and framed with care, which is why we ask that you review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind

As our artworks are custom made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes:

  • Selecting an incorrect size
  • Deciding the artwork isn’t quite right for your space
  • Ordering the wrong artwork or variant

Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or exchanged.

If you’re unsure about sizing, framing, or suitability, we encourage you to review our Sizing & Product Info page or contact us prior to purchasing - we’re always happy to assist.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your artwork has a major issue.

This includes if the artwork:

  • Has a fault that would have prevented purchase had it been known
  • Is unsafe
  • Is significantly different from the product description
  • Does not perform as described and cannot be reasonably remedied

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Photos of the original packaging

Please retain all packaging until the matter is resolved, as this is required for assessment. If damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged in Transit

We take great care in packaging each artwork to ensure it arrives safely however, in the unlikely circumstance that your order arrives damaged,

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Photos of the original packaging

Please retain all packaging until the matter is resolved, as this is required for assessment. If damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Colour & Appearance

We make every effort to accurately represent our artworks online. Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen calibration, lighting, and environment. These natural variations are not considered faults.

Returns Process

Where a return is approved, artworks must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the artwork arrives safely as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit. Once the returned item has been received, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.
