Each LTP.Co artwork is printed on 200 GSM premium fine-art matte paper, selected for its smooth, low-sheen finish and natural reproduction of the photograph.
Every piece includes our signature embedded white border, which is part of the printed artwork rather than a separate mat board.
The listed print dimensions include the white border.
Print Only pieces are supplied unframed and shipped rolled securely in a protective cylinder tube, ready for framing your way.

Framing Details
Our frames are made from sustainably sourced timber and finished in your choice of Matte White, Natural Oak or Matte Black.
Choose between our Classic Frame for a clean, timeless finish, or our Shadow Box Frame for added depth and separation around the artwork.
Framed pieces are finished with UV-resistant acrylic glazing and a 5 mm acid-free adhesive foamcore backing, then supplied ready to hang.
- Small, Medium and Large use our standard frame profile, approximately 2 cm wide × 4 cm deep.
- Feature, Statement and Monument use our XL frame profile, approximately 3 cm wide × 4.5 cm deep.
The listed print dimensions do not include the frame. Framing adds approximately 4 cm to the overall width and height for Small, Medium and Large, and approximately 6 cm for Feature, Statement and Monument.
Small to Feature pieces are fitted with a professionally tensioned hanging cord. Statement and Monument pieces use dual D-ring hanging points.

Print Only orders are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks.
Framed artwork is typically delivered within 2–3 weeks, with larger sizes generally sitting toward the longer end of that range.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email so you can follow its journey.
Couriers may leave your order in a safe place where appropriate. If a safe delivery location isn’t available, your parcel may be taken to a local depot or collection point and you’ll be notified.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on production requirements and delivery location.

What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery at shop@ltpco.com.au and include clear photographs of the damage.
Once the damage has been verified, we’ll happily arrange a replacement for you. If you would prefer, you can instead request a full refund.
Your peace of mind is important to us, and we take great care to ensure every order arrives safely.
How long will my artwork take to be made and delivered?
Please allow:
- Production: approximately 5-6 business days
- Shipping: approximately 3-10 business days from dispatch. Timeframes vary depending on location. You will receive an email confirmation at time of dispatch.

Are these artworks original? What exactly am I purchasing?
Every LTP.Co artwork is 100% original, captured by us.
We do not use stock imagery or reproduce mass-produced designs. Each photograph is thoughtfully selected from our own body of work and produced as a fine art print.
When you purchase an LTP.Co piece, you’re investing in an original artwork owned by few others.
Do the listed measurements include the frame and white border?
All listed measurements refer to the overall print size, inclusive of the white border.
When framed, allow approximately an additional 4cm overall for the finished framed size.
This ensures the dimensions shown on each product page accurately reflect what you can expect to receive.
Can I return or exchange my artwork if I change my mind?
As each artwork is custom made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
That said, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out, we’re always happy to help where we can.
Do artworks arrive ready to hang?
Yes.
Each artwork is finished with reinforced metal hangers and professionally tensioned wire, ensuring strength, balance, and long-term durability.
Your artwork arrives fully assembled and ready to hang, so it can be enjoyed the moment it arrives.
